Landowners can have the greatest impact on our local biodiversity and can ensure that our wildlife and wild areas survive in the ever-changing countryside.

Farming and conservation groups have joined forces with the Government in a groundbreaking agreement to help protect and enhance the nation's countryside. Campaign for the Farmed Environment is asking farmers and land managers to either join the Environmental Stewardship scheme or renew existing agreements and include infield options, or adopt voluntary measures to reach the campaign targets.
